Three Days Grace

Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band who originated in Norwood, Ontario. The band consists of lead singer Matt Walst with Adam Gontier, Barry Stock, and Brad Walst strumming bass and rhythm as Neil Sanderson pounds drums. Their lyrics grip the hearts of those who have felt isolated or disparaged, while the instrumental promotes its continuous beating. Matt Walst aggressively addresses hard topics like depression, addiction, abuse, and relationship struggles. The band's name is even a reference to having a three-day grace period to turn your life around. Yet, unassumingly, each song has an underlying positive message; either that you must go on no matter the strife or that we are never alone in our experiences. 

Personally, I love the songs "Just Like You", "Painkiller"and the entire "One-X" album. When I've had a hard day, these tracks never fail to remind me I'm not the only one.
